The hitch fits the Ridgeline pretty well with only the receiver showing. I have two issues, one with design and the other with instructions. After struggling on my back trying to bolt the hitch to my 2006 Ridgeline with no success, I called customer service to see if there was a possibility that I had been sent the wrong bolts. I was told that the problem was most likely corrosion in the bolt holes and was instructed to use a penetrating spray and small wire brush to clean the threads. I was told that they get 5 or 6 calls a day with this exact problem and that will do the trick. It did, but if it's such a common problem I would have appreciated knowing that before struggling in vain. My second issue is that there is no place to mount the wiring harness without drilling in to the hitch (ruining the powder coat) or figure out a way to clamp it on. I made do with a piece of aluminum angle (drilled holes to fit bolt pattern on harness) and some stainless pipe clamps. I'm not happy with the jerry-rigged look bot it's better than rusting out the hitch.

We could not have had a better experience with HitchSource. We spoke with Daryl and he was awesome! We needed this hitch along with the ball and wiring harness overnight. Not only did we get them as promised but the installation was a piece of cake. Took 20 minutes and the only reason it took two of us was for one to hold it in place while tightening down the bolts etc. And we've never installed anything that lined up 100% correct as this did. In addition, the pricing was great! And with free shipping for overnight?? You cannot beat it. It was a pleasure working with this company. We've already touted this site to others and will continue to do so.

To echo other comments, speedy delivery, was literally here the day after I placed the order. Box was broken but hitch was fine. One recommendation- test fit the bolts in the weldnuts before you lift the hitch into place. My weldnut holes needed to be cleaned out with a 12x1.25mm rethread tool prior to bolts fitting properly. Once threads were clean I was back in business. Local Dealer quoted me $675.00. All in with the re-thread tool kit I had to purchase, I came in less than $250. Side note- Not a big fan of the muffler hanger install piece, but all in all seems fine. Quality product.

Fit like a charm and even managed to get it in by myself, with the help from a little stabilizing floor jack. Looks great. Half hour estimate was, for me, a little optimistic, but nevertheless, it was not difficult.

I chose this hitch over the Hidden Hitch because it wasn't, and passed on the Draw Tite because far too much of it was visible as well. The hitch arrived in only two days! IMO the Curt hitch is better than the OEM hitch Honda offers as only the Curt's receiver box is visible, and the weld quality is better. The Curt hitch fit beautifully and took only 45 minutes to install, including stops for "liquid refreshment" along the way. My only suggestions to Curt would be to add a small plate that could be bolted to the hitch using flange nuts so as to provide a mounting point for a wiring harness. In lieu of this, all I did was drill two 3/8" holes into the bottom of the bumper near the weld seam about 5" to the driver's side of the receiver box, and used two 0.75" standoffs & sheet metal screws to mount the OEM Honda wiring harness I had.
