Simply insert the Roadrunner rack into your reciever and crank the tightenting arm to eliminate wobbles. Also included is a lower arm that helps to keep the bikes from swinging on the rack during rough road conditions or hard accelerations.

Another advantage of the Hollywood Roadrunner hitch bike rack is that it inculdes a security cable and locks for securing the rack to the vehicle and the bikes to the rack.
