The trailer hitch appears to be well made and finished nicely. It fit my car perfectly and was easy to attach. I only had to drill 3 holes, the hitch utilized two already existing holes. On the down side, the hardware package contained the wrong instruction sheet, and probably the wrong hardware as well. The bolts provided appeared to be 3/8" in varying lengths. This size seemed inadequate to me as the holes drilled into your hitch are all 1/2 inch. I used (4) 7/16" bolts in the back plate which I happened to already have. I purchased a 1/2" x 6" bolt for the front hole and feel the assembly is mounted solidly and securely. I believe this to be a very good product and would buy again.
