HitchSource was reliable, provided good information and was fast. We ordered this plus the Blue Ox for two cars/RV's. The baseplate instructions are not explicit enough. You'll have to pull out the side panels to remove the front clips of the fender cover (I suggest you purchase 4 new plastic clips per side panel directly from Dodge before you start the job @ $2 each!) and you'll find the need to cut a bit move of the black grill but it's all fine and we're glad we undertook this project.
