Delivery was less than 3 day's from the time the order was placed. The instructions state 30 minutes to install. For a first time install, with the rear wheels up on blocks, it took more like an 1.5 hours. I was afraid that the receiver hitch would stand out but it actually is tucked in very well and is not all that noticeable. The receiver, hardware and instructions are first rate, overall I give it a thumps up.
