Very easy to install for the novice. I backed the car up on a pair of ramps to get underneath. Used a screwdriver to pry off the rubber exhaust hangers. The fishwire tool for inserting the bolts is the slickest thing I have seen in years. I installed it alone, but would recommend getting some help to lift the hitch into place while attaching a couple of the nuts. Start to finish took about 45 minutes.
