I am very pleased with my purchase of the B&W turnover gooseneck hitch. I had picked another brand but your product expert (Dave Shepard) showed me three other options and the differences between them and the features they provided.Had it not been for Dave's advice I would have bought a product that I would not have been satisfied with.
As for the installation, I have a 12.000 lb truck in my garage and I pity the person that tries to do this on the ground. The problem of lifting the center section in place, you show a lifting device to assist you. This becomes a problem if your truck is 6' in the air. Also the delicate gas and break lines in close proximity. What worked for me was take 2 friends and a six pack (you need this anyway) then simply lift in place to start the bolts. This took a couple of minutes. Also greatly reduces the possibly of damage to the truck. Thank you and Dave for the great service. Mick Israel
