So far so good, but DIY'rs beware if putting on an SUV with two rows of folding seats (like our Acadia) you will need more than the 26' of wire provided.

Also the six wire female socket does not mount on the baseplate & car as shown in the instructions.

And the three locks are not Blue Ox brand, but rather are marked "Trimax".

The towbar cover looks to be of good quality, but we have not installed the towbar yet, so we have not tried the cover.
