My installation was to a Blue Ox Alladin towbar. Product assembly was easy, when following the instructions. The more difficult parts were during installation. The first was installing the base to the ends of the towbar itself, as disassembly of the towbar end was necessary. The second and most difficult part was cutting away the shield at the point the shield went over the towbar. I bought a 3 inch circular saw bit for my drill, cut the hole and then used a hack saw to cut away the balance of material below the hole to the edge of the guard. The next activity was to deburr and roundoff the cut out edges. This effort allowed the car guard to go below the towbar height to protect the undercarriage of the car from stone damage.

I have pulled the car over 3000 miles with the car guard in place. It has performed as advertised and I am very happy with the purchase.
